Derek Beck Joins High Rock Studios

We are pleased to announce the addition of Derek Beck to the growing High Rock team.

Working from both the firm’s Hagerstown and Ellicott City offices, the 10-year Web design/graphic design veteran is responsible for Website interface coding, design and development.

“My job is to develop websites and online applications with creative design and functionality to promote our clients’ objectives,” said Beck, who lives in Frederick, Md. with his wife, Tiffany, and their dog, Justin.

“I enjoy keeping up with (or a step ahead of) industry trends, and learning something new each and every day,” Beck added. “I’m glad to be working with a team that has the highest attention to detail, creativity and technical expertise.”

During his past three years as a freelance graphic designer and Web developer, Beck has earned several ADDY awards for Website design/development, logo design, brochure campaign design and stationery design.

Beck previously served as a graphic designer at US Foodservice, a senior Web designer at Ryley Associates, and senior graphic designer and Web designer at MDB, Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in communication design from Kutztown University.
