January 5, 2012 (Hagerstown, MD) – High Rock, a full-service marketing agency, is pleased to announce the addition of three members to its strategic/creative, project management and administrative teams. As of the first of the year, High Rock had expanded the team to include Jess Ruzz, Brand Strategist & Copywriter; Kristen Grove, Project Manager; and Beccy Cottrill, Receptionist. With these new hires, High Rock continues to solidify its position as a premier regional agency providing strategic marketing, web development, creative services and video production.

Jess Ruzz joins the agency as Brand Strategist & Copywriter, bringing a unique skill set to High Rock’s work. In addition to being a veteran of both regional and national advertising and marketing agencies, Jess is a former attorney who worked as in-house corporate counsel in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry. Her strong creative thinking and business acumen will provide High Rock’s clients with an additional edge in reaching their consumers.  

Kristen Grove, a talented illustrator and designer, is High Rock’s new Project Manager for clients of the agency’s LeftBrain website design solution. Previously, Kristen worked as an Art Assistant at the Banana Factory in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and as a freelance illustrator. She is currently pursuing a Master's Certification in Digital Art, with concentrations in Illustration and Web Design. Her attention to detail and knowledge of digital design are a perfect fit for the needs of LeftBrain clients.

Rebecca “Beccy” Cottrill joins High Rock with over 15 years of business administration and management experience. Her diverse background includes human resources, payroll, contracts, domestic and international credit analysis and sales, as well as veterinary management. Beccy has quickly become integral to the smooth functioning of the agency as it continues to grow.
