The UMB BioPark is located on the urban campus of the University of Maryland, Baltimore, in the flourishing Westside downtown district just a short walk to Baltimore’s famed Inner Harbor and Oriole Park at Camden Yards. High Rock was hired to design a cutting edge and graphically stunning web site featuring the various buildings, services, and amenities available to the BioPark tenants.

The latest iteration of the Can Manufacturers Annual Report -- the 2009/10 report celebrates the 200th anniversary of the can. Featuring custom photography throughout, as well as a play on the World War II "Rosie the Riveter We Can Do It" poster, which required a "Rosie" look-alike and some extra props.

High Rock is pleased to present a stationary package for Empiristat, Inc. High Rock also recently completed Empiristat's website and brochure.

Now on it’s second iteration, the Manekin Construction folder was reworked to feature more projects and have greater flexibility to house inserts. All of the custom photography has been accentuated using a hi-gloss spot UV varnish, which draws out the vibrant colors and architectural details. The folder will make an excellent sales tool when meeting with potential clients.

Hot off the press: Merritt Properties and Merritt Construction pocket folders. Both gusseted and non-gusseted versions were developed along with a large fold out properties map and wire-o bound booklet. The folders feature a unique arcing pattern and die cut to mimic the website.

High Rock Studios is pleased to have worked with Myers Builders on a Direct Mail Campaign that consisted of a Metal Die Cut Business Card, a Descriptive Brochure and a Custom Designed T-Shirt.

Nason Hospital teamed up with High Rock Studios to create their 2007/2008 annual report. The piece featured a custom die cut, stunning photography and more.

Susquehanna Bank partnered with High Rock Studios for their recently completed Firehouse Campaign. High Rock designed the packaging and labels for a zesty new way to increase financial gains.

High Rock Studios recently completed The American Wind Wildlife Institute (AWWI) pocket folder. AWWI facilitates the responsible development of wind energy with the least possible impact on wildlife and wildlife habitat. A unique collaboration between the nation’s top conservation and environmental groups and wind energy companies, AWWI supports research, mapping, mitigation, and public education initiatives that guide best practices in wind farm siting and habitat protection. Designed to tie in closely with the website, the dual-pocket folder has many subtle 'earthy' overtones.

The Office of Sustainability develops and advocates for programs, policies, and actions by government, citizen, businesses, and institutions that improve the long-term environmental, social, and economic viability of Baltimore City. In addition to overseeing and tracking the implementation of the Baltimore Sustainability Plan, the Office integrates sustainability into City government operations and develops partnerships with ground performing related work. The website features a unique design combining 'earthy' overtones with Baltimore's urban setting, custom Flash animation in the header, multiple client-managed content areas (CMS), and Google map integration.
