Debbie Koser

Senior Web Programmer

Debbie graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas with a B.S. in Engineering. She worked in the engineering field for ten years before returning to her first love, programming. She earned a Web Systems Specialist certification from the University of Maryland, and worked as a web developer/programmer for two large companies in the Hagerstown area. In 2002, she met High Rock founder Rich Daughtridge at Mid Atlantic System Integrators and joined the High Rock team in 2005.

Debbie lives in Hagerstown with her husband Jeff and three children.
