Rich Daughtridge

Founding Partner & President

Rich graduated from the Virginia Military Institute with a degree in Business and Economics. After college, he played professional outdoor soccer and coached soccer at Washington and Lee University. Rich returned to Washington County and focused this competitive energy on the web. After two years running his own web design firm, he became Director of Marketing and Web Development for Mid Atlantic System Integrators. In 2005, Rich teamed with Dave Schleigh to launch High Rock Studios, which grew rapidly into one of the region's top marketing and design firms.

Rich leads the High Rock team from their headquarters in Hagerstown, Maryland. He lives in Hagerstown with his wife Susan and three children.
